We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at SDM Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall management, administration, and technical direction for one or more projects.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce company and project policies, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Process contract drawings and specifications, ensuring that the building is constructed in accordance with these documents.
- Manage and communicate with subcontractors, resolving issues related to delivery, labor, schedule, and payment disputes.
- Monitor project costs and ensure accurate quality reporting.
- Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
- Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, MS Office, and scheduling software.
