Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Multitech Contracting 2000. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control to ensure high-quality construction projects.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to support project needs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success.
Construction Specialization:
