At E4C, we are committed to providing supportive housing programs that empower individuals to achieve stability, recovery, and a better life. As a Site Manager, Transitional Housing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programs and the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the transitional housing program, ensuring that all aspects of the program are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement program goals and outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support services to residents.
- Coordinate program information, including client and program personnel data, summary reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure the implementation of leading practices and safety protocols, and engage with community stakeholders to represent and discuss collaborations and partnerships.
- Oversee all areas of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, observing performance, recognizing successes, and providing constructive feedback.
- Review care plans and life skills goals with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that programming reflects the needs and diversity of participants.
- Provide leadership alongside the clinical team to ensure successful transitions of residents.
- Maintain standards of practice for the house, modeling and coaching staff to ensure harm reduction, natural law, behavior modification, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices.
- Build and maintain the Risk Register for the site(s), implementing risk management practices across all shifts.
- Work with neighbors and the community to build and model positive neighbor relations.
- Work with other programs within E4C to build community for staff and residents through integrated activities, programming, events, and ongoing relationship building.
- Degree or diploma in human services, education, or administration.
- Police Check with Vulnerable Sector.
- Child Intervention Record Check.
- First Aid and CPR.
- Medication Administration.
- Suicide Intervention.
- Food Safety.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Proof of vehicle insurance, registration, and 3-year driver's abstract.
