Job Title: Site Manager, Transitional Housing

At E4C, we are committed to providing supportive housing programs that empower individuals to achieve stability, recovery, and a better life. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Transitional Housing program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and achievement of program goals.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Recruit and manage personnel, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Coordinate program information, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Implement leading practices and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to establish collaborations and improve services.
  • Oversee facility management, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Leadership and Support:
  • Support staff in their roles, providing constructive feedback and maintaining documentation.
  • Review care plans and life skills goals with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring programming reflects resident needs.
  • Provide leadership alongside the clinical team, ensuring successful transitions for residents.
  • Maintain standards of practice, modeling and coaching staff to ensure harm reduction, natural law, behavior modification, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices.
Risk Management and Community Development:
  • Build and maintain the Risk Register for the site.
  • Implement risk management practices across all shifts.
  • Work with neighbors and the community to build positive relationships.
  • Facilitate integrated activities, programming, events, and relationship building with other programs within E4C.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in human services, education, or administration.
  • Police Check with Vulnerable Sector.
  • Child Intervention Record Check.
  • First Aid and CPR.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Suicide Intervention.
  • Food Safety.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Proof of vehicle insurance, registration, and 3-year driver's abstract.
