We are seeking a proficient Senior Project Manager to lead our Municipal Engineering division. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in municipal infrastructure development and transportation planning. As a Senior Project Manager for Municipalities, you will be instrumental in advancing our initiatives and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective clients. Working in tandem with our Design and Engineering teams, you will contribute to the creation of innovative transportation solutions that enhance community connectivity and facilitate efficient movement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic municipal design engineering team and oversee civil infrastructure projects
- Develop designs and specifications for a variety of projects
- Manage team productivity and mentor project personnel
- Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Engage in business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on leadership and business development
- P.Eng. certification is mandatory
- Proven experience in detailed design of linear infrastructure and municipal transportation systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, and Civil3D
- Familiarity with regional market conditions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage projects efficiently, and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical abilities, commitment to excellence, and proficiency in technical tools
