Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Wendy's Lacombe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that inventory levels are optimized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
- Work Environment: Fast food outlet or concession environment.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
