We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Wendy's Lacombe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer demands.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
