Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at South China Sea Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Cantonese cuisine, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work Conditions: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
