  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and other relevant staff.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
