Job Overview
As a key member of the Publicis Groupe team, the Associate Creative Director will collaborate closely with Creative Directors to lead concept development and drive innovative campaigns for regional and national clients. This role offers an opportunity to enhance leadership, multitasking, and communication skills, with a focus on creating and adapting integrated campaigns for the QC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee teams comprising art directors, copywriters, and design/production specialists to ensure effective management and collaboration.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media, with a strong understanding of social media communication strategies.
- Lead client interactions, setting the creative intention, articulating ideas, and generating innovative concepts based on provided briefs.
- Manage and deliver compelling client presentations, leveraging expertise in creation tools and software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive campaign success.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in concept development, design, and copywriting within advertising agencies.
- Proven experience in creating integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media communication strategies.
- Proficiency in creation tools and software.
- Excellent command of both French and English.
- Familiarity with the motion design process is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering compelling client presentations.
- Strong understanding of Quebec market and experience in working with national teams.
