Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. As an Artistic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and content of graphic and audiovisual productions, ensuring that they align with the game's vision and artistic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development
    • Propose innovative and creative concepts for graphic and audiovisual productions, based on client briefs and game vision.
    • Develop and refine artistic styles and visual identities that reflect the game's artistic direction.
  • Artistic Vision
    • Communicate the artistic vision through visual identity and ensure that it is executed consistently across all productions.
    • Collaborate with project directors and artists to ensure that the artistic vision is realized.
  • Project Management
    • Manage and coordinate the production process, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
    • Communicate expectations and requirements to production teams and ensure that they understand the artistic vision.
  • Quality Control
    • Review and validate finished work to ensure that it meets the required standards and aligns with the game's vision.
    • Make adjustments and revisions as necessary to ensure that the artistic vision is realized.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in UI, visual design, branding, or art direction, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Education
    • Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and 3D software (e.g. 3DS Max).
    • Strong understanding of art fundamentals and artistic culture.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to give constructive feedback and convey artistic direction.
