About the Role
Ogilvy Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our Art Department and drive creative excellence across our campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and markets to inform creative direction
- Lead the development of design concepts and strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality creative work
- Manage and mentor junior art directors and designers to help them grow and develop their skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is always innovative and effective
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Contribute to the development of our agency's creative vision and strategy
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a senior art director role, preferably in an agency or similar environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of design trends and best practices
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Dynamic thinking with creative flair, and a passion for innovative design solutions
