About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Kitchener. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless coordination of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide retail sales customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, handling communication between clients, therapists, and funders.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with customers to find solutions.
  • Flexibility and organization: Deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and respect: Ability to navigate situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases.
