About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Motion. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a tangible impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized support and meeting their needs.
  • Provide retail sales customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, handling communication between clients, therapists, and funders.
What You Will Do
  • Update databases using Navision software, ensuring accurate information is presented to our clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate service technicians' work using Jobber software.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm paperwork, such as rental agreements and quotes, is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment for our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and experience: a degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Communication: excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find solutions.
  • Flexibility and organization: deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and respect: empathetic and respectful, with the ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases.
