Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate the movement of goods, including planning and executing transportation routes.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, including knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, including coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.
Requirements:
  • Certification in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of dispatch management service software and monitoring and tracking software.
