About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at EverLine Coatings - Home Office (Toronto). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding relationships with large logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our efforts to maintain and expand relationships with key clients, achieving sales quotas and strategic account objectives.
  • Represent the full range of EverLine's products and services, ensuring our clients' needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners and field associates to develop and execute strategic customer account plans.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients to drive success in local markets.
  • Develop and execute sales programs for our interior line painting services, addressing the specific needs of logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing clients.
Requirements
  • A four-year college degree from an accredited institution or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of strategic sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in construction or commercial/industrial trades.
  • Strong computer proficiency with experience in Google Workspace and other cloud-based applications, ideally including HubSpot or similar CRM Platforms.
