Customer Service Management Trainee

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Management Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives, participating in a rotational training program, and setting goals and providing mentoring and coaching.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives on a daily basis
* Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management
* Set goals and provide mentoring and coaching
* Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback
* Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement
* Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual (English/French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms
* Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork, and multi-tasking
* Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail
* Prior leadership/management experience a plus
