Job SummaryThe Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement operational procedures, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Financial Management: Cost products and services, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and participate in budgetary planning and decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
