Position Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the sales operations at HUMBLE TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR INC. Your leadership will be crucial in steering our sales team towards achieving strategic objectives.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources—material, human, and financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of significant departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or other formal functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Select middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
