Job Title: Director of Budgeting and Finance

At The Good Samaritan Society, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Budgeting and Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Seven years of experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
