Project Manager

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Brantford. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical projects, including new product design and re-engineering of existing products, to meet defined objectives.
- Perform engineering analysis, calculations, and detail design of new and existing products.
- Review and verify work of others within the Engineering department under the direction of the Product Engineering Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain bills of materials and design files, including specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and other departments as needed.
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in mechanical design, materials properties, and selection, stress analysis.
- Ability to read technical specifications, industry standards, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with experience in producing accurate and clear detail and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including hot work, stamping, machining, heat treatment, and finishing.
- Experience with mechanical testing equipment, methods, and ISO9001 Quality System.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
