Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at PROJECT WYNDFIELD INC. as a key member of our fast-paced food service operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods, making this role suitable for individuals who are comfortable with physical activity.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions under pressure
