Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and sales to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and other supporting materials.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on new products and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background (PENG, CET, EIT) or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other technical tools.
