Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including the handling of cash and the maintenance of a safe and secure store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
