Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory shrinkage
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
