Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive store reputation.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage store reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
