- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a high level of product availability.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
