About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at THE GROUP ELEVEN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, departments, and regions to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent THE GROUP ELEVEN in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the organization's interests are represented and protected.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of strategic leadership and operational management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
