Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service
  • Develop and implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards and drive sales
  • Act in the patient's best interest to implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning processes
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and Company policies, processes, and procedures are implemented in the department; responsible to train staff and ensures adherence

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
