Residential Manager Job Description

Integra Support Services LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the daily coordination of services in our residential care settings.

The successful candidate will provide supervision, leadership, and direction to a team of employees, ensuring that individuals' physical, emotional, social, vocational, and health needs are met. This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of employees to provide high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in regional committees and local community initiatives to promote community living and social services

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary school certificate, diploma, or degree in social services or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in social services
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • BC Criminal Records Review Program Clearance
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
