Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
- Other Benefits: Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) and permanent work term.
