Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Developer, you will collaborate with a diverse and passionate team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the quality strategy implemented within your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated testing processes to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Develop and enhance our automated testing framework, focusing on non-regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Manage and configure testing environments to guarantee reliable and efficient outcomes.
  • Work in close partnership with development and product teams to strategize and prepare tests for upcoming features.
  • Accurately monitor and report on testing results.
  • Continuously assess and improve the relevance and effectiveness of testing procedures to optimize coverage and minimize redundancy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance testing practices.
  • Utilize test parallelization strategies to provide quick feedback loops.

Qualifications

  • Proficient programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Expertise in test automation tools for user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (API), including Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, k6, or similar.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized systems.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Quality assurance certification, such as ISTQB Advanced Level or an equivalent credential.
  • Experience in creating and managing test data.
  • Proficiency in establishing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or comparable platforms.
