Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Developer, you will collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality across our services and domains. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our quality assurance strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated testing processes to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Develop and enhance our automated testing framework, focusing on non-regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Manage and configure testing environments to guarantee reliable and efficient outcomes.
  • Work in tandem with development and product teams to strategize and prepare tests for upcoming features.
  • Accurately monitor and report on testing results.
  • Continuously assess and improve the relevance and effectiveness of testing methodologies to maximize coverage and minimize redundancy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our testing processes.
  • Utilize test parallelization strategies to provide timely feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proficient programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Expertise in test automation tools for user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (API), including Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, k6, or similar.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Skills and Competencies

  • Quality assurance certification, such as ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating and managing test data.
  • Proficient in establishing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
