Strategic Leadership Opportunity at Meridia Recruitment Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director, Corporate Operations to lead the strategic management of our corporate functions. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on decision-making and overseeing various service areas within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align operational functions with organizational strategy to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the service area, ensuring alignment with company vision and mission
  • Provide internal services to improve organizational performance, including process improvement and cost optimization
  • Lead and manage departmental programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization
  • Manage budget preparation and expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization, promoting collaboration and transparency
  • Maintain professional competence and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Address inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead change initiatives for continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate services management, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in a leadership role overseeing service areas, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Strong leadership, management, and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
  • Ability to manage by objectives and deliver results, with a strong emphasis on accountability and performance
  • Knowledge of human resource management and continuous improvement, with a focus on employee development and engagement
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and conflicts
  • Proven ability in strategic analysis, planning, and implementation, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growth
