Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at INTOM INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
