Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms to ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or claims from guests to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Group Management: Facilitate the processing of group arrivals and departures with attention to detail.
  • Reservation Handling: Manage room reservations by taking, canceling, and modifying bookings as necessary.
  • Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Departure Processing: Assist guests during check-out by calculating charges and processing payments efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of room vacancies, reservations, and assignments.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly to ensure effective communication.
  • Special Assistance: Provide support to clients and guests with special needs to ensure their comfort.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
