Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Moosomin Country Squire Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English as the primary language of work.
