Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, including room assignments and billing.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
