Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Provide general information to clients and the public, and receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service and resolve conflict situations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
