We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Sarwara Immigration Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting firm.
  • Language: English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
