Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
