About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Employee Benefits Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling our unique Employee Benefit Insurance programs to independent businesses across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of new business opportunities through independent and team-based efforts
- Strategize and refine sales approaches to target market prospects
- Adapt cold-calling strategies to attract new customers and set personal quotas
- Interact with clients to obtain relevant information through our sophisticated sales process
- Demonstrate superior active listening skills to build long-term relationships with prospects
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills to efficiently navigate our CRM program
Requirements
- LLQP License an asset
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree an asset
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques
- A resilient team player with a positive attitude and a hunter mindset
- Able to proactively seek and close new business opportunities in the market
