The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that support both the team and the customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the dispatch of drivers to meet customer demands while preventing shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Manage daily processing of transactions including sales, payments, purchases, deposits, and electronic invoicing.
- Generate lubricant invoices as required for customer transactions.
- Provide assistance to customers during the pickup of lubricant products.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and address any discrepancies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, in-person, and email.
- Direct customers to appropriate personnel for further assistance when necessary.
- Submit weekly payroll hours accurately and on time.
- Participate in month-end processes, including inventory reconciliation for various products.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
