The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and actively responding to questions related to registered products and functions completed in our Internal Solutions Center (ISC).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the ISC Team

Provide research assistance and troubleshooting support to our ISC team to ensure seamless member transactions.

Risk Identification and Mitigation

Proactively identify and handle risks to ensure the security and integrity of our members' financial information.

Financial Reconciliations and Reporting

Administer general ledger reconciliations, remittances report views, and balancing to ensure accurate financial records.

Collaboration and Communication

Interact with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge, and feedback.

Member-Centric Solutions

Proactively identify and research the best solutions to meet our members' financial needs and improve their financial well-being.

Year-End Submissions

Assist with year-end submissions for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Special Projects

Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Financial Wellness Expertise

Technical Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience and Skills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $51,710 - $64,640, plus a 7% Short Term Incentive. Additionally, they will be eligible for preferred rates on all banking needs and a 7% pension matching after one year of employment.
