Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at i-payout. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Country Managing Director and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Create and format documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and proofread documents to ensure error-free work.
• Assist with general office administration tasks, including reception duties, and report directly to the Country Managing Director.
• Perform tasks such as creating spreadsheets for modeling/forecasting reports, generating invoices, and inputting information into databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of recent office administration or accounting experience.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and tech-savvy with a comfortable working style with databases.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities, and a quick learner with a collaborative team player attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and bilingual preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese).
