About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at PA Nails Salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management

Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.

Client Support

Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.

Emergency Response

Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the salon's reputation is maintained.

Equipment Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of salon equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order and minimizing downtime.

Cleaning and Organization

Supervise the cleaning and organization of the salon, including specialty and difficult items, to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit regular reports on salon performance, including progress and other key metrics.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.

Productivity and Quality

Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase productivity and product quality.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Training and Development

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
