Job Summary

MUSTAYS BRAIDING PLACE INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the salon.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit progress reports, maintaining accurate records of salon activities.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Environment

The Salon Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
