Food Operations Coordinator

The Crestomere Store is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced food outlet or concession setting.
- Operational Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
