We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our trucking company. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Financial and Administrative Controls: Develop and implement financial and administrative systems to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
- Formulate and Approve Promotional Campaigns: Create and approve marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and products.
- Approve Overall Human Resources Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies to ensure the company's staffing needs are met.
Work Environment:
