Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tier 1 Assessments. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, labeling, and retrieving documents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint and electronic mail.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
